My name is laura but on my bf’s account. I am not underage and I do not have unprotected sex as I have the implant. I have had the implant for nearly a year and just started getting the feeling I’m pregnant. Also I have never had a period but since I feel pregnant I have been bleeding but not enough to call a period. I eat more headaches belly cramping feeling sick and all the rest but I was just woundering if it is the implant giving me a fake pregnancy or is it for real. I asked my freind and she had the same symptoms whilst pregnant with no protection. Will it be different with the implant?

Hi the implant can often cause pregnancy like symptoms it’s more common than you think. If you did happen to be (although it is the safest contraception method) then symptoms similar to above would be present, it would be worth you doing a test just to be sure but would not worry.
