I’m a Christian but I like this quote from the Satanic Bible?

“there is a beast in man that must be exercised, not exorcised.”

What do you think, from a religious standpoint? Interpret It rather indifferently

  • There’s a satanic bible? And why would a Christian be reading it?
  • Leaving religious considerations out of it, just remember that the “Satanic Bible” was dashed off by some weirdo in the s and is not exactly what anybody would consider a well thought out work of deep philosophy. I mean, one of his major influences was the equally wacko writer Ayn Rand.

If you want to read this kind of thing, at least go with Nietzsche or somebody with some claim to real education and some actual ability to put two sentences together logically.

  • What it means is that we are human animals and that the beast in us the animal in us should be exercised and embraced and not purged or removed like spiritual relgions tell us to do. Satanism is a religion of the flesh that knows we are animals no different than any other beaast. we are not spiritual or better than any other animal in fact we are usually worse

to be honest “dude the obscure” is very uneducated and has no idea what he is talking about from what I see in his answer which did not even answer your question

  • As a Christian I have a copy of the Satanic Bible and know Satanists and I think Patrick answered what you wanted. They see us as animals no different than all other animals and that we should not deny it as the spiritual churches tell us to do. I will add that Satanists are not evil at all and that the Satanists I know very well are actually wonderful people

  • I don’t think it is ever a bad thing to read and or like something from another culture. And yes, Satanism is a culture.

Question to your question, why would a christian be reading a Satanic Bible? 🙂

  • I aint even going to tell you what i think of you lol
