    How much nicotine is too much depends on your level of addiction. If you’re not a smoker, any would be too much. If you’re an occasional smoker, it’s maybe twice what you’d be best off with. If you’re a heavy smoker, it won’t be enough to satisfy you at first, though you could get used to it over time.
