INSTAGRAM!!! PLEASE HELP AM I HACKED?

okay so I get this weird Facebook notifications on instagram and I don’t even have a Facebook.
It says like “your friend ….. Name… Just joined instagram as ….name…
I’m like so confused now but that person is the sister of one of my friends… she have the same last name as my friend and she said she dont know me and blah blah..
PLEASE HELP ME AND SORRY IF MY ENGLISH IS CRAPPY

Its Possible your Instagram Could be Linked to a Facebook Profile you Can Always Disconnect it i Think if you Go Under Account Settings and Under Manage Applications i think From There if Facebook is in there you Can Revoke the Access
