Is blaming for revenge haram?

A boy done something bad to me so I wanted to give revenge by blaming something in him so he would understand that he shouldn’t have done that but I am refusing to do it coz I think blaming is haram but I don’t know if it is the same if your taking revenge so please give me a truthly answer!!!!!!!

The folly of revenge. Be careful. Sometimes when seeking retaliation for the emotional pain one has caused us we find in the end we are even more damaged. It would be much better if you were to “seek peace and pursue it” like 1 Peter 3:11 says.
