Is it a felony to set up your ex with a DUI & Child Endagerment?

Met the ex. (keep your enemies close) for a quick dinner & drinks, just a couple of beers, my son(he is 6) was there coloring in his book, dinner, few beers, the ex & son leave, I pick up the phone, call police ( I am anonymous) drunk driver, driving erratically, she gets pulled over etc…before you know it, I have custody etc…I WIN!

    what a bastard. you could have killed your son and your ex. and yeah, it is a crime to set someone up.if its not then it deffinetly should be. you put your own son in danger and you should be arrested for shild endangerment
