Is it really true that almost all age groups in japan read one piece and naruto?

I saw an age ranking online on top manga and i noticed that both one piece and naruto are read by everybody even adults and old people in Japan.

Who thinks naruto anime should have been produced by toei animation like dbz and one piece?

Does oda echiiro read naruto because it’s the second most popular after one piece.

I love both one piece and naruto.
