I have a basketball course at school and I was on the team and we are allowed to front the low post by grabbing, pushing, bumping, we hand check and make contact when defending.

Well i don’t know about you, but the NBA is pretty lax about what goes by. In my basketball league, if you so much as touch someone driving into the paint, they get fouled.
