  • No. I don’t know any of the science but after eating large quantities (two seed packs at a sitting, and that is alot as they really taste bad) of both recommended varieties “Heavenly Blue” and “Pearly Gates” I got NOTHING. Not any kind of high and not sick.
  • I’ve heard you can get high from eating nutmeg, but if you eat too much it can kill you.

read this site and you will know

Several varieties of Morning Glory seeds contain LSA. LSA is a chemical closely related to LSD with similar but different effects. Following are approximate dosages for Morning Glory seeds in number of seeds.
    Oral Ipomoea violacea Seed Dosages
    Light 50 – 1 seeds 1.5 – 3 g
    Common 1 – 250 seeds 3 – 6 g
    Strong 250 – 4 seeds 6 – 10 g
    Heavy 4 + seeds 10 + g

    Onset :
    Duration : 4 – 8 hours
Normal After Effects : up to 4 hours

  • You will start to trip off of LSA, a powerfull dose of LSA can be similar to LSD however the effects are still diffrent, but if you have done LSD before you will definintly feel the similarity.

  • No. The active ingredient in LSD is synthesized from ergine, a substance found in Hawaiian rosewood and morning glory seeds. Morning glory seeds were used as a base agent by drug producers mainly due to their ready availability and cheapness.

You should know that for a long time it was standard policy for seed companies to spray morning glory seeds with a mild poison, so if you do eat morning glory seeds purchased from a vendor, you may get VERY ill!

  • That’s what I’ve been told. When I was a teen-ager (a long time ago)Me and a friend tried it. It tasted so nasty. All I got was a bad stomach ache. So, for me , the answer is NO.

  • try it and see then report back
