They’re just drinks made to order. Calling it a secret menu just sounds cool, but yeah, if you ask them to make the drinks they can make them. It’s best to know how many pumps of syrup go into which base drink tho, cuz if you ask for a ‘fruity pebbles’ smoothie or whatever, I can’t remember lol, not every barista is gonna know what you mean.
Also, be prepared to pay the extra 60 cents per pump
Some will, some won’t. And not all Starbucks will have the ingredients (I believe some are local drinks). For example, don’t ask for a Cotton Candy Frappuccino, but instead ask for a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Raspberry syrup (which is what it is). That way they don’t stare at you like you’re crazy or tell you they don’t make it. It’s easier to just order it custom rather than going by the “Secret Menu” names.

yes they should understand but sometimes they do not have the necessary ingredients. I have gotten a cotton candy frap many times and that is an item on the secret menu. one time i got a fruity pebbles drink also! But make sure you have the recipe! 🙂
