I was looking at the felt z95 and I went to my local bike store and they told me that its a great bike and your getting more for the bike for its price and I was also looking at the trek 1.2 which one would you recommend these are my two choices. Besides the felt has a carbon fiber frame and that’s more stronger then aluminum frame which the trek 1.2.

If you find it at a bicycle shop, it’s a good bike. Some are just better than others. The Felt has the same basic Shimano Sora components as the Trek. But, as you said, the Felt does have a carbon fiber fork. The Felt also has a lower gear on the rear cog: SunRace, 11-32T compared to a SRAM PG-950 11-28.
The Felt is geared lower to climb hills better. They both have the same 50/34 compact crankset. Which one rides the best to you?
I know two people who own the z95. Both use it a lot and both like it alot.
Its a very good entry level bike. The Trek I dont know!
