I mean we are just trying to slow the time sooner or later all the animals will be extinct I mean in around or years its estimated theirs gonna be billion people. and imagine in the ect the human population will keep increasing until we reach our carrying capacity which would result in the end of the world as we know it.

Yes there is a point. If we do nothing, then many species will indeed become extinct. What you are suggesting is a self-fulfilling prophecy, because if we do nothing then what you described will come true.
