Hi. IS there any Insurance that covers legal help like family solicitor ? I need a legal help but I cant afford it. I need a family solicitor as my ex doesnt let me to see my kids, the only way I can sort this out is go to court but I cant afford it.

Since you are asking about a Solicitor instead of an Attorney, my guess is that you are probably in the UK or a UK-affiliated territory. I’m from the USA, but I’ll give my best guesses to assist you.
In the USA, you can join prepaid programs for legal assistance, but most of these are garbage. You really won’t save much money, and you will have fewer choices when it comes to choosing counsel.
A better bet would be to see if there are any free legal aid organizations in your community. Your local courthouse would probably have information on these. You may be able to have your paperwork prepared by a paralegal, which would be much cheaper than hiring an attorney (solicitor).
Custody cases can be quite difficult, not to mention costly. If your ex has a solicitor and you don’t, you will definitely be at a disadvantage.

If you are in the UK, you have the finest legal advise available to you, it is the envy of us here in the USA. I am referring to the Citizens Advice Bureau. As I remember just about every town and city has an office. Contact them and they will will be most helpful and will put you in touch with the social services office that will help you.
If you have legal cover with your car insurance (if you have a car that is) then the legal cover might cover you for it.
Any policy you buy now will ordinarily exclude a problem which arose prior.
