Is there mental differences between races?

Technically, or biologically speaking, there are three races. (Black, white, and Asian. Ethnicities are different.) In Django Unchained, Calvin said that there are parts of skulls causing black people to be submissive. I heard this in my history class, as to why slaves never really killed their owners. So, I know it’s a movie, and I’m not racist, but is this stuff true?

  • Utter Bull Shite .That scene in Django was quoting 19 century pseudo scientific racialism.The fact that the people with the largest brain size (Inuit’s and Eskimos) do not have the highest IQ’s does damage to this line of thinking. Also you find the highest IQ’s among Asians who read and write in a logographic language. Reading and writing in a logographic language trains the brain to excel in memorization and symbol recognition task both of which IQ test consist of. Also the bigger brain of peoples from northern latitudes is due to the bigger eyes people have in Northern latitudes. The increased brain matter is in the areas for vision due to it being harder to see in the northern hemisphere and in the ice age where Asian and Europeans developed.
    People in poorer economic conditions do worse in all test especially IQ. In almost every case the country or group of people with the lower IQ is economically disenfranchised. Culture plays such a strong part in IQ that when testing Black kids adopted by middle class Black families and Black kids adopted by middle class White families both groups tested higher than Black kids in poor families and the kids adopted by middle class Whites tested higher than the kids adopted by the middle class Black families. both white and Black families made the same amount of money per year but some other element gave the adopted kids in the White families an IQ boost.

    As some think this is not a result of the smartest people immigrating to western countries. This is a result of immigrants moving into a better environment that allows them to academically succeed.

    Test scores are only data. They can be made to support or dispute any theory or hypothesis one has. I would worry about my own intelligence. Steven Hawkins IQ score is not gonna rub off on you just because your both White.

  • You are missing the fact that if a white skinned person was to live at the equator – they would burn alive. Dark skin is melamine which is deep in the skin of everyone comes to the surface. Melamine protects the human underneath from UltraViolet radiation. But the body also requires Vitamin D which comes from the sun. So, for a dark skin person to be up North where the sun is less strong, they would get less Vitamin D which is a necessity in ones health.

    So skin lightens up to allow in more UV.

    Is there mental differences. Yeah, the white skin has not figured out how the darker skinned folks managed to build the pyramids and moving 400ton rocks without a wheel. say in Mexico and Guatemala. They are still guessing how it was done, with societies that cannot be copied today.

    Submissive? Considering where they live, lions, tigers, and other wild creatures and there are cannibals who have no problem to take a bite out of you. Arabs (which are somewhere inbetween) invented the first torpedo (against wooden boats) and the first gernades that were tossed into European castles using gunpowder which was invented in Asia.

    Whites were the early copiers of other methods. Not the originators of all inventions or methods.

    Why did the slaves not kill their bosses. They did not have a gun. And they were waiting till now so they could beat the hell out of them and get paid for it.

    Northeast Asians have slightly bigger heads… which means bigger brains. Inuits for example have big brains but have the average IQ of 95 or so. Manchurians have an average IQ of 105 which is inconsistent with Mongolia’s 100 score. Alaskan natives also have larger brains but average IQ is 87…
