Is wearing a black velour sweatshirt with a white t-shirt inside, a black and white plaid scarf, and paired with a pair of blue jeans considered a fashion mistake?

A black velour sweatshirt (same as above), a black and white plaid newsboy cap, and paired with blue jeans also another fashion mistake?
My friend and I got in an argument. I think a sweatshirt with a hat looks funky (double hats)? But then ppl wear jackets with hoods and a hat, and that looks fine?? Also, should velour sweatshirts only be compatible with their matching sweatpants. And should they strictly be worn just for exercising?

velour period should be like banned
as for newboy hats they should be worn with wool jackets or something not hoodies a baseball cap would look great with a sweatshirt and maybe whoever is planning to dress like tht dont qo to hard with the same colors from head to toe
I wouldn’t wear The scarf with for either one. a little mistake. Match your fabrics. and a news boy cap looks better with a blouse and jeans rather then sweats.
You can wear any kind of clothes as long as you know how to carry yourself, with dignified looks. In other words, you can wear a smart looks… high chin, smiling face and positive aura.

whilst i became into youthful i had this gown that i enjoyed! It became into undesirable!! i became into white with stunning yellow, pink & green flowers on it. It became into strappy on the ultimate & ruffled on the bottle. It had an comparable jacket & i wore it with white sandals! i presumed i looked like a princess & insisted i wore it to each occasion or particular occassion. WHY did no longer MY father and mom end ME!????
