well, for someone with a “diploma” find an entry level position somewhere in a factory or a mill or some place that is unionized. Most kids these days make the mistake thinking that going to college will benefit them by giving them a high paying job, that is not the case. Im a few years it will not matter if you have a 4 year deree, what will count is a masters degree, or work experience. Think of it from the pov of an employer, Take someone out of college who has spent the last 4 or 5 years learning about how to do a job, or someone who has spent the last 4 or 5 years doing that job? You decide.
