it is my first year of tackle football and it was hell weak and i didn’t know it was gonna be that bad first day was easy. then the second day was the same but then the coaches sean me how i was doing and i heard them talking about me. saying that “Munoz can be a linemen”. but then later i got confused about that what was the difference between a linemen and a line back. by the way i am 5’8 and weigh 196 pounds. I’m not that big but you will be surprised how thin i look

Based on your height and weight, I believe that the best fit for you is at defensive end. You have the ideal size for a high school defensive end.
My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this (and every) summer is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch defensive end in football.
