Although the first two fights happened at lower weight classes and at welterweight, Marquez fought like an amateur against Mayweather and although in my opinion Pacquiao will win easily against Mayweather, it doesnt mean that Pacquiao can dominate Marquez at welterweight. You must remember that JMM is the only boxer that gave Pacquiao a terrible beating because of SIZE, yes size (reach and height). JMM figured pacquiao out.

Pac will get cut once again by accidental head butt and will open up by Marquez counters, Marquez will be cut too and go down many times but will still get up. He only gets knocked down because he has lousy footwork due to his counter-punching mentality.

Pacquiao is bigger stronger and faster than Marquez ,and since Pacquiao is known for his ability to hurt his opponents he should be able to dominate Marquez with his superior power just like Mayweather dominated Marquez with his superior boxing.
