MLA Works Cited Help?

I’m making a works cited sheet for a teacher that is EXTREMELY particular. I need to know which of these is correct:

Smith, S. E.. “What is a Fandom?” wiseGEEK. n.p., Sep. . Web. Mar. .

OR

Smith, S. E. “What is a Fandom?” wiseGEEK. n.p., Sep. . Web. Mar. .

The difference between the two is that in the first one I have two periods – one to close the abbreviation and another to finish the line. Do I need this extra period??

Please help! Just give any input you have!
