I’ve had my upper cartilage piercing for months. I don’t think it is infected because it hasn’t been pussing or bleeding. It can get slightly swollen and sore (only when it is touched) . How can I help it heal?

Soak it with SEA SALT. Try putting some in a shot glass with warm water and holding it to your ear. You can also clean it with Spectro Jel in the shower. Cartilage is really sensitive, I had two pierceings that were fine and suddenly they became very infected for no reason and had to be taken out.
