Need A Spanish Translation?

Hello Yahoo community! =) I’m doing a Spanish project and need 20 sentences about a natural disaster translated from English to Spanish while using the imperfect and preterit forms of verbs etc. No google translate, because the translation would be wrong. Thanks so much in advance!

“In 26, there was a very big storm. It snowed from March 20, to March 25. On the third day, I opened the door and there was a wall of snow. I could not leave the house for over two days. I called my father to ask for help, but my phone would not work. After the fifth day, I finally got out and the roof of my garage had collapsed. The heavy snow had destroyed my garage and my car. None of my neighbors helped me and my family. I saw an ambulance go by, my friend was injured and needed stitches. I went to the hospital and saw him in bed. A nurse was stitching him as he yelled in pain. A newscast was also there to talk to my friend about his injury. His neck and ankle were both injured, and he tried not to cry during the interview. The news found out that he had been in pain for over two days before he got help. To believe no one helped him is crazy. I saw him in the newspaper the next day. In total, 5 people had died from injuries from the storm. I am lucky I did not get hurt or break any bones. I am frightened that another storm like this will come and more people will die. This storm was very big and scary, I hope there won’t be another one.”

I know it’s quite long, but I really need this translation! Thank you guys!

Source(s): “puntos” means both dots and stitches
Newspaper can be either periódico o diario
It’s herido in masculine and herida in feminine.

    Hope I helped! I’m a native speaker
