I have said myself 4 times that the Leafs played very well and gave them respect today….
How many times have I seen any Leafs fan saying “Good Series”…or “Good game” or “Well played” or “Good Luck”???? ZERO!
How many times have I seen Leafs fans crying and whinning and being ignorant and disrespectful? ALOT!
I respect the Leafs TEAM and PLAYERS….As for their fans? Not so much!

Every team has those fans. The whole fan base is not like that. Why do we judge a whole group by the actions of a few? Don’t act like Boston is much better anyway. Just like Toronto, they have their bad fans. Honestly, I’ve seen so many bad things from both fans that this argument is pointless and hypocritical from either side.
By the way, you don’t hear “good game” and nice things the day after a team loses like that. That was a hard loss. At least give them one day.
Source(s): I went to a game a couple years ago when I was very young and some Leafs fans stood outside and talked trash. I was a little girl and I wanted more than anything to punch them in the balls. A few years later, I went to my first winning game, against Toronto. My point is, I don’t like Toronto much either, but they do have their good fans. Every fan base has “those fans”.
Guess I should respect a fan base that attacks Leafs fans in Boston, we apologize for being disrespectful enough not to wear anything but a Bruins jersey in your fair city. And congratulations on your victory, good series, well played, good luck.
I see your point. although a lot of their fans arent bad, i think flyers, penguins, canadiens, and bruins fans are worse. (yes im a bruins fan, but i have to admit, a lot of Bs fans are assholes).

Of course its upsetting to hand a series away. Most fans were appropriately licking their wounds but a few of the real losers have to spout off to show how jerry springer smart they are.
