do i have to uninstall old drivers before installing new ones or no?

I’ve never had to uninstall old drivers to install them so…no. You probably want to change the BIOS options to use the PCIe slot (I assume that’s what your using) if you were using integrated graphics before though.
You can do either. It doesn’t matter as long as they are both for NVidia. But I still prefer uninstalling the old one first to make sure that the old files are erased before new ones are added.
