I am year old girl, and in the dance floor for the MIKA concert next week. Any ideas for an outift are welcome!

I am thinking, a flowery body suit, with denim shorts, and ribbons weaved though plaits in my hair, and glitter on my face..I wanna go totally crazy and fun!!

your make-up&hair sounds very good, i would back comb your hair LOADS then put random plaits in and ribbions and such.
as for your make-up i would put gold glitter across from my eyes to the bridge of my nose and then to my forehead, like an eyemask of gold glitter, and a tiny bit of purple on the cheeks, don’t go overboard and rise looking like a art project done by nd graders 😛
