Am 13 and like most males wrestle or play ruff one day i got hit to hard by a friend i fall forehead frist into the ground with grass I dazed out for 5 seconds and then Ifelt fine. This was about 1 year ago Before and after I get alot of headaches but I also think it may be because I dont drink enough water.Thats why am confused could someone help.And what possible damage may it have caused to me

Headaches associated with brain trauma can occur soon after the trauma but not such a long time after it. The reason for that is that brain itself lacks brain receptors so any pain that is experienced due to brain injury is due to the brain swelling and pushing on some of the nerves. If you have no other symptoms I wouldn’t worry about it and you are right that the headaches are most likely dehydration related. However, be careful while wrestling because closed-head trauma (one that is caused by hitting the head with a blunt object or a hand) is associated with a widespread damage of the brain, more so than an open-head trauma (the one when a sharp object pierces the skull and the brain).
