Problem with Tech-Com USB TV Tuner?

I have a TECH-COM SSD-TV-817 USB TV Tuner. I have installed the drivers & software (Honstech TVR 2.5). When I plug the Tuner to my PC & run Honestech, a popup message “Could not initialize capture device” is displayed. I called Tech Com customer care & they asked me to select Polaris Video Capture as capture device & select Use Internal audio streaming function & it was working. But now it again shows the same message even after I applied same settings. What should I do?
My OS is Windows 7 64-bit, 2.3 GHz i3 processor, 2 GB RAM

Since there is still something wrong with your USB TV Tuner, so I suspect that the driver you have installed is not compatible yo your computer,maybe you could try this.You can google to find “DGTSoft Drivers Update Utility”.Then you should download it to update your driver automatically. It knows which driver is compatible with your computer.
