I believe that this is more along the lines of being able to roll your tongue,. I can’t do it but my husband and 3 kids can so obviously I am “tt” and my husband could be Tt or TT. As far as the eyebrows are concerned my husband and 2 of our 3 children can do it but one of our kids and myself can’t do it. This suggest a possible gene like for the tongue.
Well, I don’t know if *everyone* can do it, but it is definitely a learn-able trait. Some people can do it easily without trying. Others will have to work at it.
For some reason I can no longer remember, I spent months in front of a mirror teaching myself to raise just one eyebrow. 😛
