Sir, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is definitely a very skilled fighter with great speed and defense, but although Sam Langford fought at Welterweight, remember that he also fought from Lightweight to Heavyweight. He is an underrated puncher! Any Lightweight that could knock out Heavyweights definitely had power. Also remember that Mayweather isn’t really a big Welterweight! Mayweather’s defense would help him, but Langford will catch him with some good shots eventually.

Mayweather is a welterweight and not a huge one at that, Langford could knock men cold all the way up to heavyweight. Langford was a true p4p great who could have won titles in multiple divisions if given a fair chance.
Mayweather is a multiple weight champion but as fast and skilled as Mayweather is I don’t see him being able to stand up to Langford’s power.
