I have interacted with this person who is spamming many videos with a race related hate speech. Strangely though, he seems to be mostly attacking his own ethnicity, accusing people of being ‘Anti White’ and committing genocide. I have seen these comments on a fair few random videos now, and am quite frankly sick of them. There is a description in some of his videos encouraging people to comment and paste comments on to youtube from links.
I’ve never reported someone before. It says if they may give me ‘strike’ If I abuse the report system, and seeing as he is attacking his own race, I’m a little confused as to how Youtube would view it…
Do you think what he is saying would be removed by youtube, or does he have the right to express an ‘unpopular opinion?’ PLEASE dislike his videos if you watch them. I can assure you from my interaction that this man is not very intelligent.

Even if it is just one person who is doing that stuff, they still need to be reported. If the person is annoying/harassing you then you need to report them. There shouldn’t be anybody that says/does bad things on YouTube. Usually comments would be erased because of too many negative votes or be erased because it was flagged as spam.
Well by seeing his username he seems like an idiot and he is obviously obsessed with his white race. His videos aren’t harming anyone I think but it may be giving a distorted perception, reporting it would not be a strike against you either. I think you should report him, even if his channel isn’t closed by youtube nothing will happen to you.
Leave him alone, if you don’t like his videos and what he says then don’t listen to it. I didn’t watch it but i don’t care what he says, it is a free country or not???????? If YouTube didn’t block him it means he’s doing nothing worng i believe, however gove him a freedom, maybe this is the only one thing he can have in his life
If I’m not wrong you can block this person from contacting you via youtube (just like any other network e.g. Yahoo, Facebook etc)
