Skateboarding decision?

I really want to start skateboarding and want to get a skateboard for over Summer holidays and maybe a month after that because that’s when the weather gets really bad ): I do not have lots of money maybe I’ll only have about £35 to buy a complete when the holidays start? I do own 2 skateboards but they’re cheap £20 ones that are bad quality and slow and hard to do tricks on, and yes I’m not getting ahead of myself wanting to start doing tricks because I’m absolutely fine controlling the board eg going down medium hills, turning and tic tacking and am basically just comfortable with the board. But I want to start getting into skateboarding soon so by summer next year I have at least learnt how to oldie well. What I want to know is this though: should I just buy a £35 board for Summer and a bit of autumn or should I just save up and get a high quality skateboard for around £60-£1 at Christmas but bearing in mind in March this year it was still snowing so I might be able not be able to use the skateboard for a little longer than 2 months. Btw, I’ll still be getting a new skateboard anyway even if I do buy one for the summer. So my question is:should I buy a £35 skateboard for the summer or just save up till Christmas so I’ll have more money and will upgrade anyway? Thanks!

  • Have you any fine trout streams in Britain? Fishing is quite a civilized sport. It teaches patience. The fish bite when THEY want to. They don’t bite when YOU want. I believe fishing to be a much safer sport than this piece of wood with wheels attached. It frightens me to think of you zooming and zipping in and out of traffic, narrowly avoiding little old ladies on sidewalks. Yes, I am convinced the surgeons are quite well experienced in emergency room trauma. They hardly require your bloodied body to refresh their skills. The surgeons thank you, most sincerely, all the same. It was a rather generous offer you made, on behalf of medical science. I heartily recommend a sturdy trout rod, hooks, fishing line and reel, and, of course, a net. I fully expect you to actually catch something. I’ll be arriving for supper at learning of your first catch.
  • don’t waste too much money on it, because in 3 or 4 years time you will get bored of it and realize that you wasted all your money wheels and stuff
