Sociology: Question about Deviance?

“Why do some people continue to behave deviantly considering the impact of socialization and the use of social controls in our society to prevent deviant behavior?”

b/c they do not care about socialization, and either believe that they will be able to avoid social controls, or view the benefits of deviance as larger than the penalty of the controls.
