Can Sony Vaio Boot from CD? I have this pesky “BOOTMGR is missing press Ctr+Alt+Del to restart” problem and I decided to reformat and reinstall the os, I have the recovery disk but I think it doesnt read it, i went to the bios and only found these :
USB Flash
USB Optical
Network
Internal Optical Drive – (is this the cd-rom??)
Internal Hard Disk Drive
Floppy Disk Drive
any suggestions?
