I hope that he would tidy his room.
I wish that he said something earlier.
I think she said that she would do it yesterday.
My friend said that she would want to speak to him tomorrow.

Espero que limpie su habitación.
Desearía que él hubiera dicho algo antes.
Creo que ella dijo que lo haría ayer.
Mi amiga dijo que ella desearía hablar con el mañana.
Ella podría comprarlo pero no estoy seguro/a si ella tiene suficiente dinero.
