You can buy a Tesla coil from a store like Edmunds Scientific, but they are not cheap.
The Alternating Current that powers your house is produced from a Tesla design that is still in use today. Tesla had over 3 patents to his name.
The reason his system was never used is because Thomas Edison and JP Morgan feared that if his ideas to deliver electricity by air became widespread it would destroy their monopoly in the electric industry. So they financially destroyed him.
Tesla believed electricity should be a free resource just like air.

The harmonic radio frequency power transmissions of our RFID’s are far more efficient than Tesla’s coils. We can and do transmit power far more effectively than his coils ever did.
He believed that the humidity in the atmosphere could be remotely condensed by his tower, the resulting air movements and precipitation could be accessed for energy.
In Manufacturer’s Record (September 9, 1915), he wrote:
“The time is very near when we shall have the precipitation of the moisture of the atmosphere under complete control, and then it will be possible to draw unlimited quantities of water from the oceans, develop any desired amount of energy, and completely transform the globe by irrigation and intensive farming. A greater achievement of man through the medium of electricity can hardly be imagined”
HAARP actually did influence the humidity in the atmosphere but it was hardly the endless source of energy Tesla had imagined.
When you read Tesla’s grandiose claims, you have to understand that they did not know much back then. His claims are based on exaggerations of real effects as he did not know of their limits. Much of what he experimented with that works, we already use and the rest simply do not meet his imaginations.
