the teacher did not give halal meat in secondary school in london?
my child is in a secondary school in london, they went to eat in restaurant the teacher said it is halal, so they went and eat there
but i wanted to go myself, so i contacted the restaurant myself and they told me it was not halal, i talked to the manager,
so i contacted the teacher and she told me she had a halal confirmation from them,
now it is done , i cant do nothing about it but i am very angry the teacher did not take the consideration to apologise for her mistake and other muslims children ate in this restaurant and their parents don’t know about it!
what should I do?

I you are not happy with your kids going out to restaurants were it cannot be confirmed that the meat is Halal then tell them to only eat vegetables.You must be there yourself if you want to be sure the meat is Halal.
Anyway, meat is meat; if you want it just eat it no matter how it arrives on your plate..
if teacher says she has halal confirmation from restaurant then that is fine and you cannot be blaiming teacher as no mistake is made, ask to see this confirmation if you want to be seen as interfering parent by school.
it is not restaurant faults what meat they sell so you make big mistake, just cool down and stop worrys
I’ve never heard of a teacher taking a class to a restaurant…that’s odd.
Anyways, I’ve read there is no sin on you if you ate non-halal food if it was a mistake and you didn’t know, so I wouldn’t stress about it. I’m sure the kids didn’t know.
Sometimes a restaurant will special order meat for certain occasions such as school visits and such. it is likely that the manager wasn’t aware this was happening. Chefs will typically order their own food without the manger’s knowing.
If you have such a problem with what you kid eats don’t let them go anywhere or move somewhere that this stuff matters.
You should do nothing but get over it it is not a big deal.

Then don’t eat the meat..eat the bread with vegies instead. Or just move to Tong High School..
Perhaps they did Hala just for that meal? Usually I would avoid and eat sea food and veg, they so delicious.
