This HLN, CNN video of “amputee actors” gave way to Boston bombing conspiracy?

I’ve just had a question (to which 8 persons had already responded, in very civilized manner, BTW) and since I’d posted another link by mistake, I was about to delete my own question, not knowing how to simply erase the link. But I’ve had the surprise of having had it “reported” and “deleted”. All my work was for nothing!

Anyhow this is the link of CNN report which shows amputee actors training soldiers, and apparently this video is the one which proves to some conspiracy theorists and others that maybe the Boston attacks were staged.
