  • You need something to hold the cup in place. So you need a jock strap with a cup holder, or compression shorts that have a cup holder – ones made for baseball. They’ve got these at walmart, target, or any sporting goods store.

    Regular compression shorts might hold the cup in place, but u probably don’t want a bare cup right against ur skin. It would cause chafing, pull hair, etc. Also, if u slide or do some other extreme movement, the cup might slip out of place, and that could be embarrassing and/or really hurt ur balls or penis.

    Ask ur dad, ur coach, or a friends’ dad to take u to the store for this.
