I have bought a new DJ Controller and DJ software needed to use the controller, MixVibes Cross DJ LE … The software works fine because I have mixed a little on it with my mouse but I cant get the controller working.
I previously thought it was something to do with the drivers not installing properly so I went into the device manager and used the windows update and it still didn’t fix it. So I uninstalled the device and its drivers through the same procedure in the manager along with the software, re-installed the whole thing and its still didn’t work.
I now think the drivers are incompatible with Windows Home Premium as I have tried the same Controller and software on a computer that runs Windows XP and it works fine, but I would prefer it on my main laptop running Windows .
I have contacted the company who make it, Gemini and I am still waiting for a response.
Please help quick because I am wondering whether or not to send it back and get a refund to get a different Controller.
