  • Well it was and is a complicated issue. One aspect involves a US corporation. It is an example of how not to do things and the greed involved

    Now this is not really a privatization issue, but large corporations and countries are buying land now bordering lakes and rivers in other countries to insure irrigation for the crops they will plant there and water to ship home.
