im being homeschooled next year for 9th grade my friends i have now in 8th grade are going to be going to different schools, and i know soon will forget about me so how will i be able to make friends with other kids while being homeshcooled?

Keep on the lookout for which houses kids play in, or where a school bus drops them all off after school. If you are outside doing something fun like playing ball when they are heading home, they may see you and want to join.
If you really like the friends you have now, try to keep in touch with them by asking them to hang out on the weekends, and bring some of their new friends from school. My best friend and I did not go to the same school since elementary, yet managed to stay friends by hanging out a lot.
Hang around in fun areas like parks and arcades and bowling alleys or even burger joints and just be friendly to people your age that you see.Ask if they would mind you joined them to eat or if they need another player for their team. Usually even if people are skeptical they will give you a chance.
Be friendly and fairly chatty while avoid talking too much about yourself. Ask other people questions about what they like to do etc.
Get a job.
Volunteer.
Get involved in a homeschool support group (search online on Yahoo! Groups or Facebook for one near you).
Join a club or organization (not all are associated with schools).
Join a team or sport (Check with local parks and recreation departments, community centers, martial arts schools, gymnastics or other coaches–search in yoru community for the options. In some communities, homeschoolers can even join the local public school sports team–so ask. Or a private school may allow you to join some activities for a fee.)
Get involved in a religious organization or charitable group.
Talk to your parents about the options where you live. Most homeschoolers I know get out regularly and have many friends, but it may take some effort on your part to find friends.
If your friends still live close by you can call and hang out. Other places would be church/religious groups if that’s your thing, some towns have home school groups, you can find activities to join in your community. Most home schoolers have friends.
Of course! There are lots of ways to make friends outside of school. Join a club, play a sport, see if you can find a homeschool group near you, take a class.
