Be good at it.
run your name across their desk every single week. send them letters about how interested in their college/university you and and fill out the questionaire’s on each college’s softball online page. Send them information about when you will be playing and where. Also, talk to your coaches and ask them to call the college personally and preach to them how good of a player you are (if that is true) go to their camps. that is where most players are recruited, is at their camps. and again, i say that you must run your name across their desk at LEAST a million times! I was selected to be a part of a team of 15 to represent my state at the Adidas Futures Softball tournament where we heard college coaches and USA players speak, and each of them said all of the things above. You must GO TO the coach, they will not COME to you because they are too busy out watching the other girls who ran their name across their desk CONSTANTLY. do these things and you have a good shot at being recruited if you are a good enough player.
