each state regulates homeschooling differently. In some, like Pennsylvania, the laws are strict and invasive. In others, like Texas, there is virtually no regulations. Most fall somewhere in between. for a list of each state’s requirements:

Every state has different rules to play by. Some are more lax than others. From what I understand, Idaho is the easiest to get started.
Yup, they’re different from one state to another. Some are quite relaxed about it, and others…not so much.
