What are the regulations set by EPA for these pollutants?

I’m doing a lab experiment and I’m trying to find some numbers, but I’m having trouble looking through their website. Anyways, what are the regulations set by EPA for something like motor oil, fertilizer, pesticide, and copper in a body of water. Also, if the numbers could be scaled down or listed as a concentration that would be great, thanks! 🙂

  • All of these have different numbers depending on where the rules are applied. Drinking water, wastewater, surface water, and ground water are all different and many depend on volume and location. So to give you a complete listing is impossible. The simpliest list is that for drinking water (reference). Note, pesticides are individual species as is motor oil. Fertilizer is measured as nitrate.
  • Youre going to need to list actual compounds and not just say pesticides or fertilizer, there are many different types of those. Usually the regulated amount is given in mg/L
