  • I agree with first dragon. It means that due to the surrounding and confined environment, the kids/teens would become sexual and that it would be a freaking “sexual volcano” because they would be sexing up anything that moves. Certain religions prevent sexual activity therefore, these teens/kids would go out and would become very sexual. A volcano of sexual activity.

    He’s referencing immigrants – Pakistani children in particular – who he clearly doesn’t think much of. He thinks they will not work, but instead will reach sexual maturity and begin “breeding,” as I would guess he would term it. It would be a population explosion – a sexual volcano.

  • I think he means that if adolescent boys are confined to a boarding school, they will be frustrated and want to escape and find girls?
    These boarding schools have existed in the UK for a long time, and as I understand it, one of the problems they sometimes have is adolescent boys raping other adolescent boys. Maybe that is what he is talking about.
    And from the article, I get the impression that these “Black or Asian” boys might be removed from their families against their will; which would make things worse. In normal boarding schools, the parents send them there, and the kids accept it.
