I have dreams and day dreams of events (sometimes with people that I don’t even know) and not longer after (week or month )they occur. I can tell what the person is about to do and what is going to occur from these dreams, it is kind of like deja vu. My mom and older sister experience these kind of visions as well. What does this mean?

You are reliving paradoxical events. Your future was not able to manifest due to events of betrayal and catastrophe. So you have to relive these events in order to establish a fair outcome.
It means you are suffering from confirmation bias. You are remembering the hits, but forgetting the misses.
7 billion people on the planet, all having 10 or so dreams every night – there are going to be some coincidences.
What you need to do is write down your predictions as soon as you wake up, then check how many come true, and how accurate they are.
You will no doubt find that you have no special power, just like everyone else.
If however you can prove that you do have special powers of prediction, under properly controlled test conditions, then you will be the first ever and much fame and fortune will be yours.
past, present and future is just an illusion due to chain series of irreversible changes. A still picture doesn’t have any past, present or future because the contents remain the same if not edited. Our surroundings is a dynamic system and almost anything can happen here therefore there is a fair chance of few possible valid predictions or rather I can say guess because the term prediction relies on tallying the previous observations.
It does not mean anything unless you can prove it is true, what things do you predict happening in the future so we can see how accurate you are?
