for a long time now i have been interested in small arms weapons.
from knives to assault rifles.
it would help greatly if someone can tell me what eduaction i would need to become a lincensed designer or weapon smith.

You have the desire and obviously a computer, so start searching for the information you need to start experimenting with different types of steels or other metals. suggest you begin walking before running by sticking with simple knife designs rather than guns, by scrounging up some steel pieces, a “Mapp gas” torch, a hammer to begin hammering out a knife blade. Don’t forget safety glasses and gloves. Good luck and be careful.
