Mac brushes are great, the best I’ve used but they’re not cheap retailing at around £ a brush. Look out for the brush kits released at Christmas. They cost around £ and contain brushes.
Alternatively, the Body Shop’s brushes are great and much cheaper than Mac’s. If you’re in the US, check out Sonia Kashuk’s brushes at Target. I’ve heard great things about them and they’re ridiculously cheap. Also, check out Crown brushes – they have a HUGE selection and are really cheap.
A good brand is MAC but they are pricey. Sigma are great quality and very affordable. Coastal Scents has some decent brushes as well.

at CVS or many other stores like target, you can buy this brand called Ecotools. it’s affordable and excellent quality eco-friendly and has soft bristles :]
they have the best kabuki ever (the retractable one)
Also, there is a great brand called Essence of beauty which you can also buy at drugstores, and they are often buy one get one. they make excellent eye makeup brushes!
just wash them regularly with baby shampoo to keep them soft & clean
i prefer my Ecotools powder brush over MAC anyday!

The best are from MAC and Laura Mercier. Other top brands are from Bobbi Brown, Stila, Lorac and Trish McEvoy. None of these are cheap but they are for the most part well worth the money spent on them.

vega is one of the good brands
i use orgins and MAC anb both have kept me pretty happy… i have also heard that YSL has good brushes 🙂
