What is the direction of induced current in a loop of wire next to a current carrying wire?

The straight wire is horizontal with a steady current going to the right. A loop of wire is next the the wire with an increasing area over time. What is the direction of induced current in the loop of wire?

the direction of the induced current is such that the flux produced by it opposes flux produced due to primary current carrying wire.

the flux is increasing so the induced magnetic field is in the opposite direction if the induced magnetic field. we can not go any fourther since we do not know which side of the wire the loop is on. Use the right hand rule once you have figured out which direction the magnetic field is
