I am 13 years old and i want to know what kind of job I can get because there are some things i really want to buy. I want it to be a job that actually pays good. I don’t know how old you have to be to get jobs in local grocery stores and cafes.

1. Babysitter

2. Lawn Mowing
If your child likes to be outdoors and regularly mows your lawn, lawn mowing is a great job to explore. Be sure to determine if your child will use your mower or the homeowner’s mower.
3. Yard Work
In addition to lawn mowing, children can help out with other yard work that homeowners need. Various tasks could include raking leaves, spreading mulch, or planting flowers.
4. Dog Walker
Dogs need to get out for exercise all year long. Make sure that your child feels comfortable with the pet before they take them for a walk the first time.

Responsibilities typically include stopping by a neighbor’s house to feed an animal a few times per day while the owner’s are away. In addition, they can also offer to bring in the newspaper or mail and water any houseplants.
To work in grocery stores and cafes you have to be 15 (in small towns) or 16 (in big cities). At 13, you can start your own business, like baby sitting, dog walking, grass cutting and weeding, or house cleaning. Don’t plan on making a lot of money because your 13 year old competitors will work for less.

She is proper on the money! 🙂 additionally – after I was once 12-thirteen, I was once working full time at a reducing horse ranch in the summertime in trade for lessons. On high of that, the purchasers had the alternative to pay me to hold their horses in shape (intellect you, these are very well off consumers who don’t want to ride every day in the warmth ;-). I made 10 bucks a horse for a 30-45 minute journey and might get to about 3 horses a day in between stall cleansing, watering, and working cattle. Some people do not like young men and women riding, but some folks don’t intellect so long as there’s supervision by using the trainer. Just right luck!
