What you have is a Tillandsia Cyanea Bromeliad plant. This is the Pink Quill variety. Here are some more pictures:

Its a Bromeliad. A nice house plant.
Shooter is correct, bromeliad. After the bloom dies so will the mother plant, but she’ll set pups around her base. You can either leave the pups in the same pot or transplant them individually…they’ll bloom, die, set pups.
Kinda looks like a baby Ponytail Palm. give it lots of light & allow to dry thoroughly between watering.
